General Conditions
Age.
Students of all ages can attend courses. Parental
authorisation is required for students under the age
of 18 years.
Registration. Please send us the completed
Registration Form together with a copy of the
acknowledgement of your payment either by fax, email
or post. Confirmation of registration and relevant
invoice will be forwarded to you.
Registration Dates. There is no fixed date for
inscription. You can apply for a course at any time.
According to our capacity we will then decide, whether
inscription is possible for the desired date.
Cancellation. Cancellations always have to be
sent in written form.

Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to
commencement of course:
- are subject to loss of the enrolment fee (50€) and
cost of apartment or family accommodation. For
accommodation in hotels the conditions of the hotel
are valid.
- The cost of the course will be refunded.

Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to
commencement of course:
- are subject to loss of the enrolment fee (50€)
and cost of apartment or family accommodation. For
accommodation in hotels the conditions of the
hotel are valid.
- 50% of the amount paid for the course will be
refunded.

For cancellations received after the period of 15 days
prior to commencement of course no refund is made.
There will not be any surcharges, if the student who
has cancelled will send us another person taking his
place.
Guarantee.
Our courses are held throughout the year. When we
confirm the course and send the invoice, it is not
possible to know the exact number and levels of the
students that will arrive. If only one registration is
received for any group course, the registered student
will be given individual tuition for 50% of the
foreseen group lessons.

Insurance. The cost of the course does not
include any insurance.
